Hi!

         My name is Allie. I am a mom of three  and a lover of cooking, traveling, paddle boarding, and working out. I had my son, in August of 2021, my daughter in march of 2023, and then my youngest baby girl in June of 2024. I know what you are thinking, wow, they had kids fast! And you are right. I had 3 kids in less than 3 years. Not exactly planned that way, but I am so happy God knew what we needed.

        As you can imagine, 3 pregnancies and 3 C sections in 3 years is a lot on a body. Just like any pregnancy and birth! After my second pregnancy I was determined to feel better. With everything I learned about recovery and fitness postpartum after my second, I was able to recover faster with my third. I wish I knew my first pregnancy what I know now.

        That is why I have created Balanced Mom Fitness! My goal is to help moms look and feel their best. I understand the time constraints that you have as a mom, and have designed my programs to minimize your time in the gym and maximize your results. I want to help bring balance back into your life.
